Changing Stance on Student Speech Bill

02/24/12 ... The Christian legal group, the Liberty Counsel, opposed a previous version of a bill allowing students to give inspirational messages, but does not oppose the amended version that has no state oversight or monitoring of student messages. This reduces the constitutional problems but may raise problems as to what students say.
