On June 29, the Bronx Household of Faith won a permanent injunction against New York City's ban on worship services in public schools, as Judge Loretta Preska ruled that the ban violates the church's rights under the Free Exercise Clause and the Establishment Clause. Probably the City will appeal again to the Circuit, as it has done repeatedly in the last 17 years.
