State Day of Prayer Unconstitutional in Colorado

05/11/12 ... The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that the state proclamation for a Day of Prayer is constitutional. The lengthy decision was unanimous, and sided for the Freedom from Religion Foundation. The trial court has been directed to consider a permanent injunction.
