Teacher at Christian School Pregnant Out of Wedlock, Fired

04/10/12 ... A schoolteacher in a Christian school was fired, according to the school because she was pregnant out of wedlock (before her marriage), and according to her because of gender discrimination and maternity leave. Part of the question will be whether the ministerial exception covers her role at a religious school.
